Secret Admirer Project

Over the weekend, a few of us bloggers have been participating in the Secret Admirer Project. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we were to leave comments on the blog of our own Secret Admiree, leaving clues as to our own identity, and try to work out who our Secret Admirers were.

I have to let you know, Gypsy, that I am your Secret Admirer. *awaits restraining order* Here are the clues I left for her.

Note #1:

This was the best post I could find to give you a clue,
Of how to make you know it’s true,
That we belong side by side,
With just my bow and arrow,
To release the lies.

Note #2:

Oh won’t you ride the Undercity loveboats with me?

Note #3:

Let’s have a lazy day in, just you and me.

I also had my own secret admirer over the weekend.

Note #1:

To my dearest Jaedia ~

I’ve read your words for so long,
but I can’t keep going on.
In near silence I’ve stalked,
but I think it’s time we talked.
I can’t get close enough, your pet you call,

I just hope this war will end once and for all.

~Love Fool~

Note #2:

My dear, sweet Jaedia. Do you feel an inner turmoil like I do? Although I wouldn’t mind being your most wanted target.

~Love Fool~

Note #3:

Darling Jaedia, your tweets are so sweet,
your writing is quite divine.
I want to make you my Valentine.
Your latest post hurts me deep inside,
but this hurt I must try to hide.
Keeping myself a secret is getting quite hard.

I really just want to capture your soul in a shard.
Then I’d place high upon a shelf, where I can keep you all to myself.

~Love Fool~

Have you ever played Guess Who? You say things like.. do they have glasses? Are they male or female? And so on, I was always the person who worked it out almost straight away, I’ve always been quite good at reading people. Equally so, I started guessing other bloggers’ secret admirers, without telling anybody of course that would ruin the fun! We need more Guess Who style blogging games in my opinion. Anyway, considering she mentioned a war I knew it was a warlock, and the soul shard part was quite a big clue, my secret admirer was Syrana!

I guessed first and as such, Dristanel of The Physician’s Log, the wonderful person who arranged the entire event, made me the awesome custom RSS icon you can now see at the top of my sidebar!

On another note, please respect your Elders this year!
